Cancellation policy

Cancellations

Unfulfilled orders are allowed to be cancelled at your request, please contact us at contact@thegamerslodge.com with your order number to request a cancellation.

If an order has already been fulfilled then unfortunately it can no longer be cancelled.

Please bear in mind that cancellations still cost us money in fees. Although we can never refuse a request to cancel, we simply request that you please be mindful before making your purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. 
You can cancel a pre-order order that has not yet been fulfilled. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order and the order must be returned to us in it's full original condition for a refund. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds. 

When you order goods or services from us online you are making a legal offer to buy. A contract is only formed when we dispatch your order. If we are unable to supply the goods or services requested, or for any other reason, we reserve the right to cancel and refund orders and will respond promptly to make you aware.
