My 1st interaction with them was at yugioh nationals, (the weekend of 14th - 15th june) and to say that they wasnt exactly the kind of representation one of the biggest u.k events for yugioh needs is an understatement, they were all lovely and accomidating and any time i approached them it felt warm and welcoming, throughout the weekend 1 individual made that effort of going above and beyond especially Danny he's the kind of guy ever work place dreams of!!, but the rest of the team knew exactly how to make you crack a smile even when the day wasnt going the best! Heres hoping any big events in the future they get a chance to come back because it would be a massively missed oppurtunity
The service was impeccable, staff were friendly and quick to adjust my order (as i needed to refund part of it) and they did so without any issue at all! Delivery was also on point and the product itself was perfectly packaged.

The guys at the Leeds card show were brilliant, they went out of their way to sort out the shipping problem I was having with my parcel, even came to find me in the crowds to keep me updated on progress. The parcel arrived safely 2 days later, well packaged and in great condition. Well done guys, great customer service.
